Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final. Once the files have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience any technical issues with your download or have questions about the files, please contact us at contact@juliaspiri.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Physical Items
In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@juliaspiri.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons)
- Digital content once downloaded
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@juliaspiri.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
