Shipping Policy

For Digital Products (Instant Download)

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link via email and on your order confirmation page. Your files will be available immediately after payment is confirmed.

• Files are delivered in PDF format, high-resolution (300 dpi), A4 size.
• No shipping fees apply to digital products.
• If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at contact@juliaspiri.com and we will resolve it promptly.

For Physical Products 

• We ship from Spain (Barcelona).
• Standard shipping within Spain: 3–5 business days.
• Standard shipping within the EU: 5–10 business days.
• International shipping: 10–20 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Import Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
