Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Instant Download)

• Immediate Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link on your order confirmation page and via email. Your files will be available immediately after payment is confirmed.

• File Format: Digital artwork and printables are delivered in high-resolution (300 DPI) PDF format, optimized for A4 size.

• Shipping Fees: No shipping fees apply to digital products.

• Support: If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at contact@juliaspiri.com, and we will resolve it promptly.

2. Physical Products

All physical orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from Barcelona, Spain.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Spain: 3–5 business days

• European Union (Supported Countries): 5–10 business days

• International (Non-EU Destinations): 10–20 business days

Rates & Tracking

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal service interruptions.

Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

3. European Union Shipping & EPR Regulations

Due to local packaging compliance, environmental regulations, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements, physical shipping is currently restricted to selected European Union destinations.

Supported EU Destinations (Physical Goods)

We ship physical items directly to the following 9 EU countries:

• Czech Republic

• Estonia

• Luxembourg

• Malta

• Netherlands

• Spain

Excluded EU Destinations (Physical Goods)

Physical shipping is currently unavailable to the following EU countries:

• Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

If your shipping address is located in one of the excluded countries listed above, checkout for physical items will be disabled automatically.

Digital Products Availability

All digital products (including printable artwork, coloring books, and digital files) are exempt from physical shipping rules and are available for purchase and instant download worldwide, including all EU member states.

Non-EU Destinations

All non-EU countries remain open for physical shipping as normal (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Andorra, United States, Canada, Australia, etc.).
